After the excitement of the Science Show this morning, we carried on with our work on senses this afternoon.
We explored what it would be like without our sense of sight and how blind people use their sense of hearing and touch. We worked with a partner walking around the room blindfolded and then identifying different objects. We said it felt a bit scary not knowing where you were.
We made feely paintings with puffy paint that we had to put in the microwave and we played with some slime Miss Sudbury had made. Links to the slime recipe and the paint recipe are below the photos. We also played a game of squeak piggy squeak trying to work out who was squeaking by listening and touching.
